EveryDoctor spill the beans on MP's handouts pushing NHS privatisation With the latest public consultation exercise from the Government, loaded with questions designed to give a public response they want; MPs can be easily accused of taking bribes and being paid for policy decisions favouring, in this case; the privatisation of the NHS. Campiagn group started by an NHS Doctor, EveryDoctor, has been investigating the payments being made by private healthcare companies via entities linked to their interests, to MPs and decision makers; both directly through funding or through their lobbyists being offered for free-hire and accepted by the Labour Government. Posted on FaceBook, on the campaign group page Defend Our NHS, EveryDoctor has just released their current findings on MPs payments from private healthcare interests: The 5 MPs who have taken the highest total donations from people and companies linked to the private health sector between 2023-2025:
2. Yvette Cooper - £165,439 3. Shabana Mahmood - £136,168 4. Tom Tugendhat - £106,297 5. Rachel Reeves - £94,043 EveryDoctor says: "EveryDoctor is researching the financial links between MPs and the private healthcare sector, because we're really worried about the way that money is moving through Westminster. We are identifying which MPs have received donations from people and companies linked to the private healthcare sector, and how much they have received between 2023-2025. We are creating a map to show everyone what's happening. It's so important that we pay attention to what's happening, because the NHS in a state of absolute emergency! Please share this and follow us, and we'll update you with more examples soon." Given that the NHS 'controller' Secretary of State, Wes Streeting MP, is heading a campaign to review and then agree the imposition and replacement of GPs and Hospital Doctors with Physician Associates, Nurse Associates, and Anaesthetist Associates because they are paid less, trained for only 2 yrs and have no need for medical knowledge before being used in GP Surgeries, and hospitals instead of fully trained medicaal staff and clinicians. It is a US inspired dumbing down of health services, in order to push all the clinical expertise into the private sector.
